Aggressive ADSL pricing from new player

I had the same problem, so-
I called them and asked how to cancel my account cos I needed more than 3gigs. They said email us a request for the cap you want and we'll work out pricing.

So I mail them saying I want pricing for 4GB and 5GB. Took a while, but they got back to me eventually. After comparing their prices to Axxess, Webafrica, Openweb etc. I realised I wasn't gonna get it any cheaper and at least this way I didn't have to go through the hassle of changing ISP (especially since I'm on the "oneprice" line+bandwidth option).

So basically, they don't offer bigger caps as standard, but just ask and you shall receive.

K3NS31, that would be ideal for me! Just the hasstle of going in and topping gets to me all the time. I've been using anywhere between 4-10gb a month for the last 6 months, (depending on work load). I'm gonna contact them tomorrow and see if they can make a plan

Thanks for the info, I set up an account and am very happy with it. Though I think there requirement for a 200 rand refundable deposit is stupid. I told them that and they waived it!
