AH is despicable!

As hard as we try, system errors do unfortunately occur from time to time, when this does happen, we will definitely take all the needed steps to correct this error.

I really do appreciate the patience that our clients have. :)
 
I guess a reminder before unpausing would be nice,but definitely wasn't mandatory
 
Yep, they caused me and some clients endless headaches too - not just with billing, but hosting problems and really useless tech support. ("Within a day" <- what a blatant joke) But that useless hosting support manager is probably still there to this day.

I'll never touch anything from them again.

Hosting is disastrous !

And live support? What live support I'm busy trying now for the 11 time today, just say connecting.
