Air Mobile APN Issues

Coming to the forum once again as my tickets are going unanswered.

I've ported some numbers from Cell C to MTN prepaid and then signed up these numbers for Air Mobile.

Having done this multiple times I'm confident my APN configuration is correct.

All done according to this Afrihost page.

While the numbers are able to make phone calls, they are unable to register on the afrihost APN resulting in the inability to use mobile data.

It must be said that the original MTN APN details can not be deleted, however, the Afrihost APN has been selected as the main APN.

Phones in question are all Galaxy S9's

Some assistance beyond "Check your APN settings" would be greatly appreciated.

Are you still experiencing issues with the Afrihost APN?
 
Having the same issue. Signed up for airbmobile last night. Product is active, gave consent via USSD, updated apn but no mobile data connection.
