Remember its breezeless - the best way to describe the feeling is open the fridge door and its just cold - those holes break the flow into a thousand tiny streams@Snyper564 I duno if I want it blowing directly on me.
super happy with the one we got ordered another for the nursery for next year they going for R9k at the moment at acdirectBlown away by the low power use of the aircon.
Ran it through the night at 21 deg on low as thats sufficient to keep room cold.
This is the whole house.

the mind is boggled I have the house running with 5 fridges (micro brewery) and aircon and this is the usage.

Very efficient and on my solar system with less $$$$ going to Eskom.
Aircon going in now - cant get enough of these things has made the HOOOOT! summer evenings endlessly enjoyable.super happy with the one we got ordered another for the nursery for next year they going for R9k at the moment at acdirect
keke yes since installing solar couldnt car less about power useI will need another 18000BTU aircon to cover my sitting, dining and kitchen area.
I have this big-ish LShape open concept with vaulted (exposed beams) ceiling. And insulation is poor and my one aircon is not covering the whole area. Having a solar system comes with its "drawbacks". You'll buy 1000s aircons and other things because now you can.
I need this additional 18kbtu and two more 12kbtu for the other two bedrooms. Rabbit hole I go.
Just get a 24K btu for that area and be done with it.I will need another 18000BTU aircon to cover my sitting, dining and kitchen area.

I might have to do this because the one 18kBTU is covering one side (sitting room). So the 24k will need to cover dining room and kitchenJust get a 24K btu for that area and be done with it.
I need another 4kwp panels and two more batteries, then I will be off grid really.Heat reached new
