Airport Extreme USB Disk setup

Anyone know how to setup an external harddrive connected to the airport through USB to your wifi laptop?

Windows or OsX?

Have you enabled the disk using the Airport Utility (ver 5 or above)?

Have you installed the separate Airport Disk utility?

i restarted airport extreme with only my dsl modem and the hdd connected, the xbox360 was disconnected, the hdd then showed up in mycomputer, i then connected the xbox360,

,not sure, mayb it was bcause of that

Maybe - glad it worked. There should also be an Airport Disk app in your control panel - at least there is in XP. I havent installed vista though so ymmv.
