gnope, they all just give you a new shortcut to the mod and you run it from there.
I have BF2:SF and AIX installed along with my normal BF2 and there have been no hassles on my side.

On what servers do you play AIX online? Does SGS host an AIX server? If you play AIX online, is it also ranked?(Do you get score towards your next rank)

Although bf2 online i still prefer over cod4 online. Even though its two entirely different styles. Now if u could fly choppers and ride tanks etc. in COD4 ..hmmmm

COD4 online gets boring quite quickly. (As in like 1 month of play or so ...)
It's still kewl though, don't get me wrong.
