Sadly, I think the only way to get ICASA to move on anything is to threaten them with massive lawsuits. I wonder if there isn't a case for a class action from us, you know, the consumer.
 
I wish they get threaten (again) with lawsuits regarding the move to digital broadcasting, and then again to the rollout of new spectrum to boost LTE in the country (and to the right players - not somebody who have no experience in the matter).
 
Would have been great if Apple's home base was located here :P

Although even apple's budget might fall apart if they try to sue everything thats wrong here :cry:

I agree 100 %. AKC needs to put his house in order first. 11 weeks of shi**y network & the complaints on Hellopeter goes on & on.
Fix your damn network, Mr AKC.
 
ICASA must be one of the most useless & teethless parastatals yet!

If the counsillors could be sued in their individual capacity it might have had some impact - but all it means now is the taxpayer foots the bill...
