No that's suppose to be long range transmitter and receiver for the remoteSmall board next to the battery possibly. Is that a pipe used as conduit?

U are right. I have that long pipe on this alarm and one more on the electric fence. The Alarm guy said the fence uses this to communicate with the alarm. But I still dont understand then how my remote works from outside the house, the distance is quite much to work that long.Pretty sure that blue box on top is your remote receiver.

This was the issue.Check the power supply to your passives. They may get power from a separate supply and not from the main panel
Do you have end of line resistors?new issue :
One of the three door sensors were showing as open.
Opened it up and saw everything was rusted inside. bought an identical one and swapped it. Still shows us open.
What am I doing wrong ??
Voltage across the terminals of the sensors is 4.25 with the door open and zero with the door closed.
I cross-checked with a working door sensor and its the same there.
yes.Do you have end of line resistors?
The eol resistors would normally need to be of the same resistance (as per the alarm panel specifications)yes.
The only difference is the working door has a green one(no strips to indicate resistance) and I bought a 3K one.
Edit : I think the green one is a 1K resistor.
