Ordering a Shelly 1 on Friday and I was going to wire it up to the garage motor, but since I am getting a free Shelly Button I have decided to extend all the wires and use the button as a way to open the garage door without needing my phone. So I kill two birds with one stone.

Anyone know the best solution for geofencing so that when I drive into my complex my garage door opens.

Yeah they keep stock locally. Basically you can only buy whatever they have in stock, which is not everything you can get from the official shop which has more items.

So you do need to send a mail to find out what they have in stock and get prices, quote.
