That would be quite sad. I noticed my own three sometimes took up to 12 hours to do balancing though, because I had an old cloudlink, but it changed once I swopped it out. How many AM-2 batteries you have again?

You need the cloudlink. They having integration issues with Sunsynk
Log a ticket with Hubble. Problem is if you do not have a cloudlink they cannot do remote diagnostics. They will probably tell you to remove the comms cable and switch to AGM voltage settings. After a few days of stability, you switch back again.

Log the call in anycase, so that there is a case history in the event that you need a replacement. You may do something that will invalidate your warranty, picking up snippets of info from the Internet and applying it isn't wise, rather get the instructions from them, they are the experts. No-one wants to struggle with a battery, it should just work.
