Restored including or excluding historic data? ...since (for one of many examples) I ( and many/most of us except the blessed few with Solar ass-sistant) have almost nothing to show for Saturday 2 March..?

Or does this really mean "accept whatever data we show you whenever we manage to get it online and accept that any historic data that's lost or missing is at our ponytail-brigade's laser-focussed discretion" ...?

I care not what he says or doesn't say, the data is gone and this last episode is but just one example...

I still have my old Solarman dongle, might consider using it if this continues.

I see the Web interface is back, not sure for how long...

That historical data is as gone as last months pay.

Guys, wtf is up with the font in the power flow section on the Sunsynk app? Feel like cutting of Keith’s ponytail everytime I have to look at that hideous font hash.

The two different fonts? Looks awful to me. Change all fonts or leave the same. None of this half amateur bs imo.

Interesting, just checked again, my font is consistent and OK though.
 
I’m taking a shot in the dark here but is everybody using the android app?
 
There was an app update last night. And seems like there was an outage at the same time.

Data missing from midnight up to 1:10am.
 
Seems the website and app is again not reading data - apparently my "gateway" connects, but my "plant" has last connected 35minutes ago :cautious:
 
What are you guys running your batteries down to overnight? I've set mine to draw from grid at 30%.

Mine is set to 10%.

Most nights it's still at 40% by morning but if I run the aircon during the night it can get down to under 15%.Screenshot_20240308_121943_Chrome.jpg
