All things Sunsynk (Deye, Inge, etc...)

Well, well, well...

I had to log back in to the SunSynk app on my phone last night and somehow noticed that it looks like all my missing data from before the 'Region' switch debacle is now showing in the Energy Generation section.

And they updated and closed the ticket I logged for the missing data, have to give them credit for following through on this.
 
Hi, is there anyone able to help me understand this. Im new to it and not really that clued up yet. Ive had 2 5.5 kw sunsynk inverters installed in parallel. The consumption seems correct and matches my main meter but the one inverter does not seem to be measuring what it uses from the grid. It measures total import as 0 and the total import is half my meter usage. Also load + export + charge does not equal pv + import + discharge. The amount used by the second inverter seems to be missing from import. Thanks for any suggestions.

Has anyone had their Sunsynk data logger die? Mine has been offline for 2 days and there are no lights on the logger itself.

A friend had that happen when his system was a month old. SS had to be sent away for repairs but he was given a loan unit.

The repair took so long that the installer just left the loan unit in permanently.

Is there anything I can check to troubleshoot?

It seems fine now though. What's even more strange is that the inverter was supposed to shutdown if SOC drops below 25%

The one battery is fully charged and the other isn't, I didn't check this morning but it seems like it only drained one of the batteries
