at my PC... duh
Service is terrible! They keep over charging me, and now the've charged me for a phone repair on a phone under warranty! can you believe it! I'm moving back to MTN SP in october!

The biggest problem is it costs you to call them to resolve thier stupid mistakes and at least on MTN SP you have to 808 number. All be warned!

I've sent e-mails to Autopage telling them about this thread.
Let's see if they bother to contact you and help or at least, join MyBB and try and explain themselves.

My phone is in for the 3rd time now and after 2 software updates lets see what happens? I'm about to hand this to the legal department and have them cancel the contract based on them not being able to provide the service. I've also posted on hello peter and I got a call about 2 hours later.... that was 2 weeks ago.

on the topic the refund has come though in July's bill.

I had some disappointment when I started with them a few years back.
Apart from that I've had no problems. Probably because I never call them or needed repairs.

I took a package with first 6 months free subscription.
It took them 4 months to get it right. At least I got my 6 months free eventually.

I want to change from Cell C to Vodacom when my contract ends in a few months. Should I stay with autopage, because it seems all the providers are giving problems.

A little advice I've been with all of them. Virgin is the worst, bar none. Nashua Mobile and Altech are equally incompetent. Cell C is slightly less incomptent. MTN and Vodacom are the least incompetent of them all. No, no one has excellent service levels but Vodacom and MTN are the lesser of 6 evils. I completely recommend switching to either because while you may have been lucky with phones in the past there's no guarantee your luck will hold out in the future! Personally I find it just insulting that you have to pay extra for the 'customer service' that Nashua and Autopage claim to provide (I'm talking about the fact that you have to pay high call charges to speak to anyone).
