Allyoucaneat Telkom Feedback

I don't think we MyADSL members are endorsing any service, at least we should not be if we are, I also do not think we should tell AYCE to voetsek. What we are already concentrating on here is a change in what was advertised according to the consumer's understanding of terminology used, trying to justify the meaning of a clearly defined English word "unlimited" by referring to it's use by another service provider in another country is not endearing any trust.

ic, we decided to remove all references to "unlimited" from our web site and terms to dispell any confusion for exactly that reason.

Ok that's good to know :).

Can we perhaps concentrate on the service that existing customers that signed your 12 month contract will be getting from now on?

I ask for clarity here bcos the Terms & Conditions & essentially the service itself has changed - I refer to the email that was sent out to AYCE customers & posted somewhere in one of the many AYCE related threads.

There is confusion about whether existing customers will be paying R480/month for the remainder of their contracts, or R980/month for the remainder, as from April 2005. Please clarify.

As I stated before [somewhere] 30GB for R980 sounds like a competitive price [perhaps not when compared to UUNET Uncapped], but let's find out what service AYCE will be offering.

AYCE, I think it would also be beneficial if you could post the new Terms & Conditions, New Contract, AUP, etc etc etc in this thread.

"No Skimpy 3GB.

Is your Internet Service Provider forcing you on their skimpy 3GB diet? With us it's — "All You Can Eat!"

I would build up some respect for you, if you would add to the main page that its a 30gig replacing the 3gig. Dont hide the fact of 30gig inside alot of information.
