strange, Coz i saw a non-pirated copy at a flee market. It was R349 infact!

edit:
I saw that the game requires an ati x1650XT+ or a Nvidia 7800gt +
duel car cpu
1gig ram in xp and 2gig's in Vista!!!

There was an initial outrage at the complex/difficult controls (for the xbox version, at least).

However, the majority (i believe) of complaints have been dropped, because they got used to it. There are some people who believe its unplayable with its controls, but many now love it (except theres an undeniable hate for the driving controls)

Anyway, i should be getting it tomorrow (hopefully)

Hmmm I emjoyed the first ( it was a mansion and pirates if I remember correctly), missed the second and third ( although the third was about the old west ) and the fourth was relatively recent, about 3-4 years.

Had good graphics and an intresting torch\shadows effect.

Does anyone know if it is a remake or is it a continuation ie: AitD 5?

*edit* Sorry, had a look at wiki for the series and I see that 4 came out in 2001 and they are listing this new title as 5. I'll grab the wii version though as I found the controls work much better for this style of game. ( Resident Evil 4 is really great to control on a wii)

Played for about 10 mins, feels like an adventure game from a first person POV. It is scarey and I'm enjoying it. The controls are fine and you have the option of using a 360 gamepad.
