ALTCOIN EXCHANGE FINALY REFUNDED

I WANT TO UPDATE HERE THAT SOMEONE FROM ATCOINTRADER TEAM HAS RESOLVED MY PROBLEM BY STATING THAT TRANSACTION FAILED AND THEY REVERSED COINS BACK TO THE ACCOUNT WITHOUT TRANSFERING TO MY WALLET. I HAD TO CALL THEM THIS MORNING, THEY DONT RESPOND TO CLIENT OR EVEN CALLING THEIR CLIENTS YET THEY BENEFIT FROM EACH TRANSACTION YOU MAKE ON THEIR EXCHANGE.

How did manual withdrawal fail , lmao. Did they process the withdrawal successfully the second time ? Hate to say it but for a manual withdrawal to fail so spectaculary I would suggest to try get your funds off the exchange asap. That just stinks to me that they dont have the necessary XLM to even process the withdrawal of that size from such a small exchange. Stinks too much of Mtgox style of "unforeseen" problems to me.

Lets be blunt. If I have the required XLM available in my wallet and I send it manually to a different wallet it does not magically fail where the coins magically gets returned to me as a failed transaction. You either have the coins to send or you don't.

TLDR; refunding a withdrawal back does not equate to being resolved. You wanted to withdraw it and until you are able to withdraw the coins this is not resolved.
