Altcointrader - 2FA

Hi Guys, I got a new phone and need to set up 2FA again. How do I go about it. Cant remember how I did it last time.

Lastpass authenticator or authy set it once and forget it...

You might need to remove 2FA on your old device then reactivate it on the new device. That's Google Authenticator. Authy is far better for migrating to other devices

Log in & scan the barcode with your new phone.

Or rather,

Log in, disable 2FA and log out.
Log back in to make sure it's disabled.
Set up 2FA using your new phone (make a backup of the 2FA screen / keys in case you lose your phone).

Anyone got this sorted. I've the same problem and Altcointrader is not forthcoming.

Only response was an automated email reply with ticket no.

Still waiting for feedback from them.

You probably have to contact support and have them manually disable 2FA.
Take the time to save your 2FA keys!
