I'll never go close to a Autopage shop again, just walking past one is already too much to bare; I've found they have the worst service EVER and they're contracts are designed to screw the public.

Where is the advice in that thing?
I hate autopage, i hate autopage, i hate autopage.
They con you with the good deals they give you at the begining and then they flipping lock you in for life. Recently i wanted to convert my contract to a prepaid after it finished. They said its not allowed. Then i asked to be converted to a top up. They said its not allowed. I just want to keep my flipping number!!!! they said i have to keep paying my 175 bucks a month jst to keep my number... B4STARDS/..hope they rott in hell
Cant wait to port away from them!!!!!!!!!!!! already contacted other ppl..

Autopage doesn't really know
I called Autopage (George) to find out about MNP as I will be moving to a direct service (Autopage's contract as a 3rd party provider essentially indemifies them from any QoS issues - i.e. they don't actually have to provide me a service).
However, the lady there told me that the people who had gone for training had told her that I can only port within Autopage. Given that this Autopage employee didn't have a clue, how can Autopage confidently claim that they will assist in MNP?
