Binance are open at random, Kucoin also seems to be fine (use Chrome, there are ref links in my sig). I've had no issues with hitbtc and coinexchange.io - though I can't vouch for their support as never used it. Cryptopia still not accepting registrations?

If the fee is high enough, transactions can be processed in approximately 30 minutes. In unusual circumstances (a combination of high congestion and low fees), it may take much longer to be confirmed.

Yeah, ETH, which is supposed to be fast, can be anything from 10 min to 24 hours. BTC much worse and more expensive.

I'd give it an hour or so, to be safe. BTC has a moerse backlog so that would affect it

Took under a hour. How many verifications have you got on block chain?

How much did you transfer? If a small amount, the fees can even be more than the amount transferred.
 
So many sh§tcoins around. Have to be on top of it all the time before they go bust. Which exchange do you use for it? I don't see too many emerging alts on poloniex and bytecoin has been disabled by them so my $2 worth of coins are locked away.

That being said I just got 100 garlicoins for free just for the lolz.
