With ccminer you can mine different coins using different algorithms. You create a batch file for each coin you want to mine.

So when you get up in the monring, you check which one of them has been the most profitable for the last 24 hours and run your batch file (of course you have to stop the previous mining instance if it is mining a different coin).

Just make sure you add an exception for ccminer in your antivirus settings. All antiviruses think its a virus.

Yeah I just read up on CCMiner, seems good. Also saw this MinerControl which seems to automatically select the most profitable coin to mine.

So what have you been mining recently?

At the moment, Decred - since Friday. We went away for the weekend and only got home past 6 last night and I was too tired to fiddle with mining. So it's still mining that at the moment. So I'm going to leave that until around Wednesday.

Brazilian company, but I am speaking under correction but at the luno event someone asked and it's a scam/not registered or something ie don't use it.

They're listing BTC way below what luno and ice3x are. They've either got ridiculously high transaction fees or they're just doing a straight dollar / zar conversion without factoring anything else in. Anyway that immediately put me off even clicking further.

Stick to luno :).

I want to build a depth graph like luno has but I have little to no clue how. I have the data just don't know how to build a depth graph.

Nah sorry...I don't code (beyond some basics).

Things are looking good today - green candles all around :).
 
I'm not in a good space right now. I made a killing having invested in Binance, my (small) portfolio rose almost 3x because of that one coin. But because of normal crypto pullbacks, I panicked and sold. I bought another coin which initially rose but quickly went downhill, again I panicked and sold. So now lost all the gains I made with Binance. I guess it could be worse. I'm break even right now, which is better than losing everything.

EDIT: I'm curious, because of the high cryptocurrency volatility, how likely is it that there are traders who trade and make something like 2% everyday?

I'm still a noob but I can't imagine myself making 10 investment decisions each day every time the market fluctuates by a few satoshis. I'm finding it more enjoyable to invest in a few different alts and hold regardless of what the market does - it helps to know about the alt and the technology it's built around. For example gamecredits is pushing to get a universal game currency going which seems quite interesting - that motivates me to hold and watch the project a bit more than just watching the markets. CIVIC, WAVES, ARDR etc. - some interesting alts right now.

(Edit: Maybe if I wasn't working I'd try more day-trading but I don't have the time for it :).)
