Nice. Well - I hope this altcoin explosion continues - especially if things continue to grow in 2018 with more money coming into this space. Might finally start selling some of my holdings next year if this price action continues. Switched from doing a lot of trading a while back to mostly investing and holding & it seems to be a much better strategy (and less hassle).

With the way things are going.. next year I will have to make the difficult decision of perhaps divesting in crypto and paying off my bond or rather riding the wave and aiming for an early retirement.
A year ago I did not dream that I would be in this scenario :)
On second thoughts... HODL till I’m a millionaire!

Anyone else Invest in https://substratum.net/ ?

Been following it quite closely, price has doubled since I bought in, and its still relatively cheap.

If I am correct the price will increase quite a bit in Jan 2018 with the current "Alpha II" testing phase coming to an end, and they fact that they will burn 25% of the coins in circulation.

Thoughts / opinions?

It's most certainly not cancer, the team has been active and things have been happening. The listing on kucoin made it a lot easier to sell off which could explain the price fluctuations. Give it a few days and see where it goes before making a decision

What are the best international exchanges? Low fees and decent rates (and no 2 week wait for verification). Poliniex requires a webcam to verify so its out. Shapeshift isn't allowing Ripple at the moment and Changelly rates just seem terrible.

Poloniex has terrible reviews. I was also just looking online and people are complaining about not being able to withdraw their money out for weeks https://twitter.com/poloniex

Bittrex (requires verification but mine took a few minutes to complete).

Binance, kucoin, hitbtc, cryptopia, coinexchange (no verification needed).

Poloniex is the most traded exchange. I've used them for 6 months and am happy. Luno also has a ton of bad reviews yet everyone still uses them. Doesn't make them bad, just means they're more popular.

Im consdering cashing out of half of my BTC and moving it to alts. I currently have a collection of XRP, IOTA and ETN, all doing well since I bought in.
What other coins do you guys suggest I could buy into for the log run? I have been reading a few threads and I am considering a 50 50 split of LTC and DGB

LTC should be a good bet. Young coin doing well atm is also ETN but that one is very young, high risk.

*edit* whoops see you already know ETN. Sumo?

Sumo? What is that?

I also had BCH, bought in at $1000 dollars. Nothing much happened and sold it off a few days ago at $1500 and then it decided to shoot up *facepalm*
