Alternative to Afrihost needed

Holy smoke. Every now and then i pick up a problem with Afrihost speed coming to a standstill. Phoning the call center is not good. The people working there are very good but holding on and being number 30 in the line is not good. What alternative can i use? I want consisted good speed and a faster turn around time. I'm tired or being told to switch everything off and wait 5 minutes.

My speed drops every afternoon from about 190 to 10. My account is supposedly unshaped and unthrottled, but this is definite indication that they aren't upfront with their clients. Upload speeds aren't affected. Also looking for another isp.

Telkom is better than AH at this point. I moved to Telkom and yes they are not the best also but they are better. I dnt have an issue with internet for the last two years now. My biggest problem with them was they couldnt change my speed profile for a couple weeks.
