alternative to axxess?

right, I have a 4MB line, and I want to get an express account like axxess is offering. I am however the one and only person who is not happy with axxess as they never respond to my support queries.

I want the express account, as for R899 I can get 192K in the daytime, and then at night and weekends I get 4MB.

Are there any other ISPs that are offering a similar or matching solution?

i believe openweb offer a more expensive option that is 256 instead of 192
