You're right, options 2 and 3 are off the table ... and unfortunately abs, lots of hair and a handsome face are also off the cards, although I do have a youthful looking face.

Then again I have met 19 y/olds that are more mature than some 45 y/olds...
 
I'm 38 and it would have to be a supremely special and mature 19 year old. I don't have the patience for drama even if she can suck a golf ball through 6 feet of garden hose

Just a question. Who determines whats underage or not?

What are the criteria?
 
The funny thing is look at the Playboy bunny guy or Bernie Ecklestein or whatever his name is - they have models and everyone is ok with it (many other rich older guys as well).

As soon as an average guy wants to do the same thing then he is a pedo. As long as she is 18+ and it is consensual then she is fair game. :P

2) Is he/she of legal age?

1) This is common sense.
2) Making Sense Of Sexual Consent

I am guessing that the laws in SA were also derived from a couple of things, not just some old man / woman with a dark robe waving a hand and stating that you now need to be X years of age to be able to give legal consent.

I am 40 and if a 19 year old came up and was interested in me, do you think I would say no if I was attracted to her. Hell no..

Of course this scenario would only be if I wasn't married :D
