Am I crazy?

That doesn't do anything.

Mostly off topic: The placebo-effect is real, but it is very hard to disentangle the co-factors that are involved. Clinical trials are always measured relative to the placebo-effect, so see if they actually contain any useful ingredients.

@OP get some 5HTP tablets , they can be found in DisKem stores along the Natural Health products. They take a few days to kick in, but they do help in balancing sleep patterns and relieving anxiety.
Basically help in Seretonin production, as all the symptoms you describe appear to be the same as those describing low seretonin levels.
I used to suffer with broken sleep patterns , 2 or 3 hours then awake , then anouther 2-3 hours etc, along with that came the anxiety and moodiness. Since using them, i have experienced a lightening of my moods and far better sleep patterns of 5- 6 hours at a stretch.
For exercise , maybe some Taiji or Qigong, as they both require a "mind" component in that you have to concentrate and actively think about what you are doing rather than running, cycling or gyming where your mind doesnt actually properly disengage from your worry and stress.

I tried something similar and it ended up making me a bit "slow" lol rip my drivers test.

Thanks again. Visited that page and got a shocker revelation as my "sunglasses" don't block BL at all while a cheapish pair are good.

I don't wear sunglasses at all anymore... full spectrum light from the sun is good for your eyes. The sun's blue is always balanced with red IRA, and UVA from the sun is needed to produce melatonin in the retina.

Yeah 1000s of people do. But there's always some science expert that think he knows everything.
It's the placebo affect or the alcohol in it. Logically how would the essence of a flower heavily diluted do anything.
And they aren't any flowers with actual medicinal properties they are flowers the originator liked the way they made him feel when he simply held them.

Well the placebo affect works.

These feelings of depression are random though, out of the blue it'll just hit me. My day will usually start off lekker and then it ends up kak. No reason, not because someone said something its literally just happens, similar in the way that a drug addict would hit a low after the high.
