Am I crazy?

So I'm in my early 20's I was studying, took a "break" (more like had a f*cking meltdown) and switched from working part time to working full time that includes weekends, on Saturday 8:00am till 7pm.

You are young enough to put this sort of effort in now, but it has to lead you somewhere. If this is the job/work you plan on doing for the next 10 years, it wont be healthy. Your social life, or even just your own free time is important. Hard to settle down if you working 6 days a week.

You have what one would call....no reason to live.
Now you could plotter on or slit your wrists parallel to the fingers.
I'd prefer if you stand up straight in front of the mirror, look yourself in the eyes and say...fukk the world, I am the captain of my ship

Wow guys the responses I'm getting is overwhelming, I really do appreciate everyone's input, thank you all, I actually slept for several hours when I got home.

That's good to hear. So did you get drunk and fapped until you passed out or what did you do different?

Try this to help with anxiety and sleep.

That doesn't do anything.

It also helps to talk about things that worry you, like you are in this thread.
Yes but its public, I can't risk revealing too much information, I'd love to share with all of you but just thinking of the repercussions could be devastating.

I get between 4 - 6 hours of sleep over a cycle.

Not enough sleep... unless you want chronic disease...

I literally stare at the ceiling for an hour, my mind continues to race thinking about the days events and it won't stop. Eventually I do fall asleep but this is at around 22:00 - 24:00.

Too much artificial light... Melatonin release requires 4 hours of darkness. I would suggest putting on heavy duty blue-blocking glasses as soon as you get home. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003OBZ64M/

Yes tot he exercise and Church.
No offence but I don't believe in God, so me going to church would be deceptive, also too many people in a closed space...

Yeah but nobody knows who you are :)
Well a simple google search reveals my profile, following the various threads I have visited and commented, anybody who knows me can sum up that I am Sudo Panic, haha guess you get to see the paranoia first hand.

Any colour or preferably Amber?

Amber generally. Most blue-blocking glasses are worthless... You need a spectrogram to ensure they actually block most of the blue & green that prevents melatonin release. I have about 6 pairs of blue-blockers and those el-cheapos above are the best I've found.
