Am I crazy?

Not sure what OP is on about but it looks like you feel that work is sucking your life away? If so there is a subreddit for that. r/antiwork.

And no, you're not crazy.

It's a lack of physical activity and probably stress.

You need do do some exercises, go outdoors into nature and find a girlfriend.

You need to spend more time doing your own stuff. Gaming, reading, exercise, etc.

I have odd hours but I still have around 6 hours every day where I do whatever I want. I work from 10am to around 7pm. Go to bed between 12am and 2am depending on what I'm doing or how tired I am. Wake up between 8:30am and 9am every day. So I got about 5-7 hours every day in the evening to do whatever I choose to do. Live close to the office so travelling time is 10 minutes each way.

Looking into meditating - not where you set time aside each day just to meditate. Look into meditating as you need it, find your center in moments where you feel "off-center" ie: like when you are stressed.

Something that helped me a lot is learning how to "let go", this is an active task when you are in a situation where things are not going as planned or there is conflict. Rather step away, take a walk outside and catch some sunlight - then return and resolve the task that is bugging you or the conflict.

Also I only sleep for +- 5 hours a night, if I sleep anymore i feel a bit foggy/moggy - based on sleep alone, you cannot say that you are crazy.

This is going to sound weird, do you breathe properly?

Good solid deep breaths, when you are busy you don't feel your body taking a deep breath randomly?

I had to stop consuming cannabis, came recommended by my doctor after I explained the anxiety, depression and lack of wanting to do anything.

I'm sorry, but this just sounds fishy to me. No real doctor would recommend cannabis before prescribing general anxiety medication or some such. Or even referring you to someone else.

He has severe anxiety so I doubt he would be able to muster up the courage to approach someone.

And I dont mean this in a bad way at all
Yeah the thing is after one single 330ml castle lite that all changes.

I went to see my GP about a similar sleep problem. I could just never switch off.
Gave me Zolpidem, I take half a tab an hour before bedtime & sleep like a baby.
It was a choice between sleeping tabs (that I don't like) and not sleeping & going mad (which I like even less).

Try this to help with anxiety and sleep.
