Am I dying

you fell after you ate right? you feel dizzy around lunchtime? stop eating - problem solved. consult a professional rather

In case it's not panic attacks, have your LDL cholestrol levels checked just to be sure.

Thanks, will make a note - just made a doc appointment for later today. My cholesterol levels have always come in well under but last check was a few months back

check PM
hopefully you get it before doctor's appointment
I believe I may be able to help

Is this a repeat of a previous episode or am I having a strange sense of deja vu? I could swear someone started a thread like this a while ago.

I have a LOT of heart palpitations, usually coming a few in a row then nothing for a few hours, these definitely seem to happen just before a dizzy spell and shortness of breath, but I know the feeling of my brain not getting enough oxygen (Slight pins and needles and an encroaching blackness)

I may be giving myself panic attacks .... not sure where to go from here - stopping coffee seems to help the above but no idea why I would all of a sudden become sensitive to caffeine

Make a record of what you're eating. Look for a pattern or anything you may have introduced into your diet at the time this problem started.

Have you had your blood and urine tested to check potassium levels and that kind of thing?

That was me I think, it was pre-MRI/EEG and pre heart palpitations. I should have looked it up and continued it I suppose

If people are having more panic disorders in this day and age I would be unsurprised.

Definitely no additional foods/drinks. My diet is very constant. No additional tests were done. Doc went straight to Neurologist to rule out anything major from the concussion I think.

I had a fall about 2 months ago, passed out whilst walking (had a few drinks and a big meal), this lead to a concussion - not too severe - doctor sent me home.

Everything seemed fine for about a month and then suddenly I started having dizzy spells (generally around lunch time), everyday... no history of this prior to the fall. Blood pressure and sugar were fine.

Went to doc - tested pressure/sugar again - perfect.

Sent for an EEG and MRI - both came out clear. Since then I have given it a break and am looking out for symptoms that may be causing this.

Start taking a good multi vitamin that contains both vitamin B and D to support your nervous system.

Then next time get standard blood tests done and urine. I think you can get some urine dipsticks from the pharmacy.

Did you had any diarrhoea before this? Even if it was mild.
