Amazon Prime app disappeared from Hisense TV

@Hisense SA could you assist with an update for a 43N7000UW model? And does this specific model support the Prime video app aswel?

What about the 67u7a? I can't even find Amazon Prime. Just bought the TV and now I think I made a mistake.
 
I just bought the Hisense 58A6100UW, software V0000.01.00a.J0603 and can't seem to find a way to install Prime. Any help?

Google chromecast doesnt cast my amazon prime from phone?

Btw I have a 65A6500UW - has youtube and netflix but no amazon prime video, yet amazon available in SA on my phone?


Edit/update

It does now cast to chromecast on the hisense but it lags quite a bit on chromecast of the old sony.

Dude, I have an LG OLED, and while the interface is good, and I have apps, the prime app on the TV (and for which the remote has a dedicated button) sucks balls . I use the TV apps to get Netflix , YouTube and prime and Plex in 4k and it was always going to be my interim solution.

But as soon soon as I save some more money , I am replacing the HD Apple TV,.connected to that TV with a 4k version and will only be using that to stream everything.

My tip, keep your TV for the panel and get a dedicated streamer. I have FireTVs, AppleTV devices and as much as I hate to admit it, the AppleTV is just miles ahead in terms of quality of use . My AppleTV is 3-4 years old and still runs like it was bought yesterday. The Fire TVs of a similar age are struggling.

Anyway that's my experience.

Do you have firmware for this model to allow Amazon Prime Video app? Thanks
