thats strange amazon prime works perfectly on afrihost/octotel

This is very old, but maybe I can find an answer here before tonight for the Fallout series, Amazon prime never worked for me with Afrihost over the years, I want to try it again today, I use to get buffering or 360p video quality on an evotel/afrihost 1000/500 line + 4k TV, now a 4K/DV compatible TV, is that fixed now, should I sub to prime or whatch it elsewhere®?

I am with Afrihost/MetroFibre and streaming on prime is perfectly fine for me. 1000/500

update: I did try it on Fallout launch day, horrible experience once again, so it must be a combination of evotel + afrihost.
