AMD ships triple-cores

...and so the race for the fastest and bestest CPU escalates once again...

like the Cold War between Russia and America...
 
So are these triple cores any good? how do they compare to the intel dual and quad cores?
 
rather wait for the new intel 6 cores that should be out soonish. with that whole hyperthreading thing in the intel cores its gonna be a fine ole day when i slap one of those beasties into the box.
 
already got a quad core 9600, doing very well thankyou.would love to get a 9800 . these 3cores would appeal to green gamers.
