A clear case of the ANC's left hand not knowing what it's right hand is doing. So what now, the statement is wrong? Does this mean they are saying the President has broken the law?

Anyway nothing will come of this. I suspect that Zuma could announce to the world he has 50 kids, raped 20 women and stolen half the countries money and he would still remain President, by popular choice.

Concubines is the correct term.

Close, but not quite. Concubine implies unequal status among the companions (vs the real wife/queen), which is not the case here.

Section 5.2 further states that ‘the first disclosure must be made within 60 days of a member’s assumption of office...’ COPE is baffled by the Presidency’s response that the law is not clear on whether he should declare or not".

He said his party dismissed "with utter contempt" the assertions by the office of the presidency that the language of the law on the Executive Ethics Code was ambiguous. "We urge all South Africans with access to the internet to Google ‘executive ethics code’, and to read for themselves what the unambiguous requirements are for every member of the executive".
