Well if you're going to do something like that, don't you think that you should at least add something in-line with the subject title?

I don't think that threads are meant to be created along these lines :rolleyes:
 
Easy - I just wanted to see if people could post here without being negative. Guess I have my answer.
 
There has to be an even balance in life. Good on you. O yeah and I dont support any political party.

The onus is on the ANC to provide us with something positive to talk about first :)
 
Wonder if those who voted for the ANC thought it may have been a singing contest? Zuma was the only candidate that made a song and dance of it on his campaign with his hit song machine gun.

ie: ANC has the best singing talent.

Well grayston - I don't think you need to look at it from a macro perspective only. PErsonal opinion as well - eg: has the ANC's win done anything for you personally that is positive?

For me... well I'll wait a month or two to see if everything pans out. Didn't vote for them, but am happy they won. For the moment anyway.

Now that they have won, we can GET ON WITH IT! A lot of things were pushed back/delayed due to the uncertainty pre-election time. Now that everything has calmed down - I'm hoping for the best.

I have never said it was an honour for us to have Zuma as president. I never said the ANC has done a brilliant job of fixing this country - I just said that because things have calmed down now - we can GET ON WITH IT!
 
ANC is quite easy to spell.
Then again, DA is easier ... :p

EDIT: Get on with it? Oh .. you mean, get on with the partying and lavish money wasting, YAY!
 
The ANC has given me a reason to hate them and has motivated me to have extremist views on them. Quite an achievement actually... considering I thought they might be different from any other government in Africa.

Nazis
Fascists (Mussolini)

but some comparisons are not so clear

North Korean government?
 
The ANC still has time on it's hands! :)

Those with the Nazi's and Bolshi's there are two sides to the story.

Nazi's weren't so bad until the war actually started and they actually enacted the whole killing scenario.

The Bolshi's were much worse when they started, Stalin might have killed millions, but the Russian people evidently need someone like that to change them. Forcefully. A bit the Peter the Great. Only more vicious.

I think a better comparison would be that they atleast haven't let ribalism sink us to general African levels of violence in so short a time, though as I said... they do have time on their hands.
 
Here's something positive - ;)

The ANC has ruled this country for 15 years and will probably rule it for the next 150 years.

Is that positive enough for you?
