ANC protects white privilege - Julius Malema

For once we are not involved and yet he finds a way to make it our fault..........

We dont own the shops in townships or open shops where they loot but NOOOOOO its the whiteys they are behind this.

There was an article in the last week or two, referring mostly to Limpopo province.
 
I think the focus of what he was saying is misrepresented by the headline.

It's important for the people to have the right focus. The focus must not be on killing foreigners. The focus must be on the ANC. That should have been the headline. What exactly does he mean by white privileges? I think he is wrong to pull whites into it; but if he means our areas are well maintained - that would just be a continuation, and it's necessary as tax payers money to get what they pay for. In comparison to the discarded poor who are just there to fuel their votes. I think that is what he means. Wrong because we not all that privileged, but necessary in turning the blame to the ANC.

Yep, here we go. I said in another thread that it'd only be a matter of time before xenophobia became tribalism and/or anti-colonialism. And with the sheep mentality of the masses, it's just a matter of time before it kicks off.

On average, just short of 50 people are murdered in SA per day! We can call it what we like but we an inherently violent society.
 
The ANC is protecting white privilege? The same ANC that brought in institutionalised race-based employment policies like AA and BEE that would make the Apartheid government proud? The same ANC that has caused mass farmworker unemployment due to its ill-conceived comments on expropriation of 50% of white farmers land to give to workers? The same ANC that completely destroyed the SAPS and Eskom through its misguided retrenchment of white employees?

If this is protecting white privilege then I'd hate to know what it looks like when they don't protect white privilege.

BS. It would be just as easy to point the blame at the ANC without a single mention of whites. Xenophobic racist hatred is incited by the ANC ruling party and SAPS..The Supreme Court of SA says so.

Well said,and it has to be said that yes there are some whites which are in the top elite percentage that are greedy but they are more a consequence of capitalism rather than white privilege or a racial issue.Yes most whites are better of than blacks because of apartheid keeping blacks behind and it has a chain effect on the general business and entrepreneurial savvy and opportunities available to the average black vs the average white but this will change in a generation or two as we are now a free country and an equilibrium will be reached where black kids will have the same opportunities as white kids simply because they are born into the middle and upper classes.Studies show a clear trend of the black middle class increasing significantly in the past 20 years.

Trying to hasten that equilibrium forcibly might benefit a few select individuals in the short term but its not going to help the entire country in the medium to long term,its just going to slow the countries development down.
