ANC-taking-hate-speech-ruling-to-ConCourt

How convenient. Now the new chief justice can overturn his first appeal.

After how many centuries should we give up ??

You can never give up by going to court, you still need to educate and some things are better ignored. Had Afriforum ignored Malema I doubt we will be having all this Dubhul' publicity IMO

Evil prevails when good men do nothing

In this case who are the good men? Because both the ANC(YL) and Afriforum are not doing the country any good, as their fights are racially motivated. I am yet to see the Afriforum fighting a racially motivated case for a black man against a racist non-black and same applies to the ANC(YL).
“The fact that well-organised minority groups with resources are rushing to court every day may lead to a judicial fatigue, where even the judiciary will be seen in a negative light by the majority.” -Fikeni Somadoda
. I repeat, you do not regulate attitude, you educate.

Afriforum are the good men, ANC and ANCYL are the evil evil men.

Okay, that's how you see it and I respect your views

If not them then who? No one else seems to be interested in protecting the boer community/minority.

lets face it the ANC should have realised that it was wrong to sing this song considering how embattled this community feels. The fact that they keep fighting for it means they have no interest in the rainbow nation or the building of it. Once again caught out in a lie the ANC has now officially crossed the invisible line where social norms and acceptance is concerned. They are actively singing for the killing of a group regardless of the consequences.

This to me is unacceptable.

If I was Afriforum I would have approached the ANC and expressed the view that minorities are uncomfortable with Malema's behavior. Instead Afriforum have gone all out confrontational against masters of populism. I hear Afriforum have tried sitting with the youth league and one meeting ended with threats of physical harm by the YL.

You are contradicting youself. They have on several occasions tried the sit down and talk method before taking legal action. And yes, were met by threats of violence.
