ANC/YL supporters

Board rules please people. Discussions need to be nourished with kindness, empathy and understanding. Please display the same decency, support and understanding to ANCYL supporters as you would to any retarded person.

/me thinks R13 has finally got it. Amazing, one down and 50 odd million to go! 50 million and 1 it seems ... buggers keep multiplying too quickly it seems, dang it!

Please do not insult retarded folks!

At first I though you support our cause but later I realized you only support your own twisted opinions. And been arrogant doesn't help either. A case of coconut at best and "chip on the shoulder" complex at worst. No R13, I don't fall for this. The success of our youth league is the consequence of your party's embarrassing failures. And no, you are not the only (sort off) educated African out there! I do support the youth league not necessarily because I agree with all the ideas but because they give me the opportunity of a opposition with which I can identify. You on the other hand are a traitor, only supporting people as long as they push you up the ladder. As soon as Malema becomes State President lots and lots of your kind will end-up in the location. Sorry for the rant but you bought this upon yourself. You are not only against the whities in here. You are against the majority of youths in South Africa too.

Gold Reef City has a 'must be this tall to go on this ride' rule.

Why don't we have a 'must be this intelligent to join this forum' rule?

Are you a member of the youth league? What is your take on nationalization of mines? What is your take on expropriation without compensation? Why is Malema an economic freedom fighter and fights for the poor and yet he will live in a multi-million rand mansion?

I'm a member of the youth league and although I admire Malema's courage to speak about issues that every other politician and South Africans are afraid of because of cowardice, I also know that Malema is only saying all those things he has said only because he has an agenda, and that agenda is to line his pockets. If he preaches nationalization of mines and wealth distribution, why doesn't he build a school? Why hasn't he donated computers to schools? He has built a church I know but that's about it.

Reminds me of those promises he made about providing wheelchairs and shoes to certain schools. Nothing came of it, the order was placed, the wheelchairs were made, but the supplier was never paid.

Also, Bobby Skinstad ended up buying the shoes for the school who were delivered empty promises by Malema. Gotta love it.

But don't listen to me, kuba indingumlungu.

I'm a member of the AWB but I do not agree with what they are doing or their policies. I do not agree with them at all.. But I do admire them for having the courage to act like idiots.

Seriously people. SERIASLY. Do I understand you correctly?

Really? The only thing preventing your support of the ANCYL is their corruption? :wtf:
I would support the ANC, not the youth league. The ANC that took power in 1994 was a principled organisation set in on doing good and all who got appointed were eager top work for the people. They weren't great and had tremendous obstacles taking over an SA Inc. full of people who would rather have seen them fail. They meant well but most of them lacked the competence to do the basics right.

They then over subsequent government discovered that you could actually be further enriching oneself and they've carried this unwritten motto forward ever since.

I am disappointed that you guys continue to behave like the facebook youth league comrades. And Mila, it is a great insult comparing my stance to someone supporting the AWB, the AWB have always been a racist neo-Nazi organisation. The ANC of old was an organisation of principle, it has just now been infiltrated by tenderpreurship and heyna-dom.

You are confused.
The analogy you're making is an insult, but I imagine it's an honest misguidedness:)

The only cowards greater than Malema are those in the youth league who aren't afraid to speak out against him.

So black people can't have liberal or even conservative values, must a black person always support backwards ideologies that has brought only turmoil and destruction to the rest of Africa?

I think you're insulting all black people by stereotyping them in that way.

How can a youth organisation be the opposition to their own party? The principle purpose of the organisation is to gain support for the ideologies of the mother organisation. The ANC YL seems to have over stepped it's mandate and is convincing many supporters not to vote for the ANC!

Fortunately in this instance the ANC YL is a small minority and yes, he is stereotyping.

Opposition to ideas can be healthy.

How? being part of a click you do not agree with is stupid.

I do not agree with the AWB. I Do think they sometimes touch on valid subjects ( then go way off base and its down hill from there:D ) But I'm not going to join them.

Pssst. Clique. :)

It's not in their mandate. The ANC YL keep insisting matters should be resolved internally yet user a public podium to air their grievances. This is why they are charged with bringing the party into disrepute as these matters should have been discussed within party structures.

The local elections highlighted the damage caused by Malema and his insistence on being front page news.

Hoeka is being sarcastic.

I'm not a supporter or member of the ANC now. I supported them in the Mandela era, but now I don't. I'm not a party supporter.

Couldn't really tell, even though there was a suspicion (in fact re-reading that I still can't tell:P)... hence my inclusion of "There is of course the chance that you're trolling".
:P
