The sad reality is that SA is already a social state. The minority already support the majority, who benefit via the social grant system. Giving people everything for free entrenches their sense of entitlement.
The biggest problem is unemployment.
Rather encourage the free market system and create jobs to wean off the reliance of the unemployed on the state coffers.
For how many years and decades has one being saying this "Create more jobs"
Last year, same thing, 10 years ago, same thing, 10 years FROM NOW it will probably be the same excuse. In reality, the entire world is one huge pile of stinky Hippocrates.
When has SA not had an unemployment problem? If it's not unemployment, it's disease or it's this or that. I hope people realize that we live in a world where the minority support the majority because they WANT IT THAT way. Is there a nation in this world where this is not true? Look at the US(since they are the role models lol), it is the 1% that support the rest, correct?
The minority are the ones that can afford to do it. The entire system needs to be thrown out in my opinion(the fiat/money) and replaced. Lol but I better stop before I get ahead of myself.
