whats really great is im on nearly ticket number 7000..... thats 7000 official big problems.... from only 2000 or so subscribers, do the maths

well actually not really.

It seems that the ticket system includes all Sentech offering including Vivid, V-star, etc etc..
(I found this out when arguing the 5% figure with Mr Cassidy....)
