Android App requests / Looking for an app that does X - thread

Hi folks - I'm looking for a widget that displays the time and date of the next alarm, and when tapped will launch the standard "Clock" app (which is the one that sets alarms, and includes stopwatch, timer, and world times).

"Digital Clock Widget" by Maize Labs only did half the job, but has stopped working on my Galaxy Note 4 anyway.

Another one I've tried is Elixir2. A brilliant app that does a million things, amongst which is to help you create widget that appears in the notification tray. Problem here is that the area it provides for displaying the info is too small.

So. Clearly it is possible, I just can't find the needle in the haystack. Any ideas?

Can't remember what the app was but it was an sms/dialer replacement and it had an awesome duplicate finder and merge feature. There must be many app solutions available, sifting through that lit manually would be a pita.

Standard feature on my Samsung S6 Edge. S3 had it as well.

Check on your settings under sound option, if you have "do not disturb". Can use that to configure alerts as well. No need for 3rd party software.

Are there maybe an app, which parents can use to control their kids activity on smartphones? Something that maybe limit the time to use the phone, or something that force them to do like a bit of maths to unlock the phone, things like that. Just like a management tool, something to guide the kids when parents are not around. Even paid apps.
