Android fails and pet hates

Having used Android since version 2.2 (froyo), there are thing on here that I find really shocking are not included by default, and we have to resort to workarounds to resolve...am currently on Oreo, and these things are still not fixed.

Disclaimer: I may be wrong, or maybe too dumb to figure out how to do these things. Am sure you clever people will be able to educate me.

one pet hate ,google search by image isn't an option on android. Google lens does sometimes offer search by image as an option but oddly enough it doesn't always appear as an option :cautious:

I understand that part perfectly and the need for it as I’ve used similar myself.

Just pointing out that a PC doesn’t do it either as you stated.
I used to use the Clipboard viewer in windows xp, it was an exe file that came built-in, it saved my life when doing school projects many times. In more recent times it has disappeared from Windows, I think as of Windows 8 they removed it.

I use Ditto for similar functions.

On my Huawei phone, when the phone gets nearly full my Gmail app stops working.
It's only that app that has the problem.
Clearing a significant amount of space solves the problem.

Sounds like you need a phone with more storage...

that's very odd - never had that issue on gmail and my last phone i was always running out of space
I agree, it shouldn't be a problem with Google or any IMAP account.
Yep - Aqua Mail, as discussed.
Thanks, that's important, testing now.

Tried already many apps on iOS and all have serious usability problems or bugs. Integrated mail is broken since upgrading to iOS7. Envelope is weird and keep crashing (so I didn't use it for long), MailBuzzr is logical and stable, but auto opening external Webpages in Emails is not acceptable, MailTime Pro and Gmail intelligence is ovehealming (by example in such cases when I want to extract and save embedded attachments).

Now it is my first Email app on Android. I loaded all previous Emails that were giving me problems and I can't find a fault or usability problem in the Aqua Mail, I am surprised. I can do everything in a simple way and I didn't read a manual. A popup tips come exactly in the right time, never got stuck.
