bought one of these Android tablet PC's, it supports 3G via it's external USB port. I have a Huawei E3520 USB modem. I am unable to get this modem to connect via the tab. Please help?
There are no error messages or anything, just does not connect.

Hi. I have also just got one of these android tablets and also thought my Cell C speed stick will work but unfortunately not. have you managed to find a solution?
The best thing I can do for now is get a iPhone and use the wifi sharing.

To get your tablet to use 3g speedsticks, you must disable the "cd-rom" and "card reader" functionalities of your speedsticks.
The tablet gets confused which device is connected. I have the E220 and E1752 which both work on a Chinese tablet after enabling modem only function on both of them.

HEY STEPPER
I have a Chinese tablet too - Android 2.2, and am sitting with pretty much same problem where I have set the APN up as per Cell C instructions but no connection. The stick shows green, but the tablet does not see(?) the stick.
Maybe others, who have been successful, can share the settings they used to create the new APN.
How do you disable these functionalities and can one re-enable them? I use my 3G speedstick on both desktop and tablet.
