Android Useful Apps

Swype now supports Afrikaans, Zulu, Xhosa, Sesotho

Any new themes though? I've long since gone back to SwiftKey. The layout of Swype annoys the hell out of me and the themes are very unattractive.

Swype is more accurate for me. And the voice recognition is excellent.

Don't pay much attention to the themes. There are a few new ones.

I'm surprised. I find SwiftKey learns my textual patterns very well, and all the popular special characters, currency symbols, numeric keypad etc. are a touch away. The layout of the bottom row is less prone to typos. Flow works as well as Swype for me, and imo the cobalt themed SwiftKey keyboard is by a huge margin the most attractive keyboard on any mobile device. I think there's a simple reason that SwiftKey is planted firmly as the most popular paid app on Android.

Having said that, competition drives the market and the existence of Swype can only be a good thing.

I own both. I'll try swiftKey again. The gestures on Swype are a win for me. Like the edit keyboard, swiping to 5 for numbers, punctuation, etc. And it backs up your dictionary, which is great for the constant custom Rom changes.

Been hitting some torrents. Stupid I know but they have older stuff. Usenet incompletes raise the older it gets.

So my lookout app caught malware and charge ware. Quite impressed. Removed it as well.
