I dont care much for the looks. I just want simplicity & functionality. I will play with Bring some more to see how well it syncs.

Just tried Wunderlist and it seems to work very well. I like that it has alerts when someone adds something to the list - but this also means that it has to run constantly in the background (battery + ram implications etc).

Does Bring have alerts when someone adds things?

Syncing and alerting works brilliantly. You can add add add add, without notifying, because maybe you are just adding to the list, but there is a tab that allows you to send a notification:
- I'm going shopping (last chance to make changes)
- List updated (Have a look)
- Shopping done (You can relax)

I did a test with my wife. As she ticks them off on the list, it updates the list on my phone within 1 or 2 sec later.

Boxer https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.boxer.email

Gmail replacement app. Use AndroidPolice as promo code. Limit number available, full price for pro is 10 dollars

And then use enhancedemail as a code to unlock exchange email!

Must say, I'm really enjoying this one. I have a combined inbox for my gmail and exchange account, can attach files from drive, box, or dropbox. Can create a todo item from a mail in the app, or send it to evernote to create a note from a mail. There is even a shortcut for quick response like "Thanks!", "Sounds good to me!", "I'll read this later and get back to you.", "Let's set up a meeting to discuss this". etc.

Who managed to download it and what are your thoughts? First non gmail or standard email app I've tried which I'm actually thinking of using as my main email app.

Hi,

Boxer looks good but enhancedemail is not working
Tried Boxer, looks good if you have exchange or multiple accounts, but I hardly use email so Gmail still tops it for basic use. I use OWA for business emails though.

I deleted it, its good but it has the same missing feature as every other non gmail app.
I make full use of gmail's priority inbox, I do not like being bothered with trivial ****, I don't want my phone going off for every forum reply or newsletter I have signed up for, I want to read those but they have zero urgency. I get 30-40 emails a day just on gmail, another 200+ on works exchange (whic is not on my phone). Of my gmail ones, the ones that actualyl need attention are maybe 2-3, the rest are **** that can easily be handled later.

Still a very nice app, but not for me, not until it can distinguish between my inbox and priority inbox.

AndroidPolice capital A sorry

Got pro without the code, benefits of root and xposed with xprivacy.
I could get pro by inviting 5 friends, so I chose 5, it wanted to sms them and I just blocked its messaging access as soon as xprivacy flagged it. So as far as its concerned I sent of 5 messages.

Damn, that's a pity.

ok, i don't use it, didn't even know what it was until you've explained it now... would be nice if it could have it's own priority mailbox across all 3 my email accounts (email, 2 exchange).

ok ok. I have just found a replacement for Boxer :D

It's called Acompli, and it's awesome :D

It's basically Boxer, but your calendar is shown in the app itself. You can also schedule emails like Boomerang, and I like that you can attach attachements from other emails with eaze!

Best thing, it's completely free. :D

Does it support priority inbox?
