Annoying BBM delays

I have been experiencing delays with sending and receiving BBM messages on Vodacom over the past two months. Has anyone else had the same problem?

Yes we are waiting for 1 month for bbm to come alive as promise, but no luck.

There seems to be problems with the BIS service. I only get intermittent signal and a few of my friends report the same thing. Can make calls and text messages, but no BBM, WhatsApp or internet access.

The end of my contract cannot come soon enough.
