That's a bit of a rough one. Telkom may or may not have to visit the premises and / or the exchange depending on the complexities of the install. However what you require is what Telkom call a newconvert order on your line, and can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Your best bet is to call them and query the status of your order...
