Brussels?Why Brussels?
This is France we are talking about, isn't it?
European Commission HQ is in Brussels. I'm sure various parties will appeal and say this is against human rights - banning someone from using the internet that is.
Member states of the EU have to subordinate themselves to the EC or face penalties.
This act also has to go through a panel made up of members of the lower house and senators and the French Senate itself. So this act still has 2 more hurdles to pass.
