South African Airways said that their customers have the right to express their dissatisfaction with service. “However, there are established channels implemented by SAA for customers to do this and we would encourage them to make use of these,” said Robyn Chalmers, Head of SAA Group Corporate Affairs.

Have you never been to www.Hellkom.co.za?shutdown by saa's legal - they will do the same for this new one. no co. however bad will allow someone to run a website "slandering" them no matter how useless that co. may be.

I flew SAA twice yesterday, and despite the one flight being 50 minutes delayed, my experience wasn't that bad...
