Anti-SAA website launched

I can see that website turning into one of dominic's favorites :D

South African Airways said that their customers have the right to express their dissatisfaction with service. “However, there are established channels implemented by SAA for customers to do this and we would encourage them to make use of these,” said Robyn Chalmers, Head of SAA Group Corporate Affairs.

Oh boo-hoo, go cry me a river...

About time - SAA are shocking once they have your money.

Recently arrived at the airport 5 hours early (finished work early), they wanted to charge me something like R1600 to change my ticket to 1 hour earlier flight - even though a new ticket on that flight was R1200. Go figure.

The truth is out there...

Two weeks ago on a Sunday, I flew from Cape Town to Joburg and my flight was delayed for 3.5 hours. Then on the Friday I flew back to Cape Town and my flight was delayed for 2.5 hours... you can only imagine my frustration!!!

I agree SAASUCKS!

Hope we can read about his adventures at OR Tambo... :D

Hope this recession will klap a lot of greedy fat-cat companies into shape...

Unfortunately with SAA no matter how badly they do our government will bail them out with our money.

They stole R3000 (a wedding present) at SAA from us. We forgot the money in a vanity case in the one suitcase.

When I got on the flight... I remembered about the money. I told my wife.. that money is gone. I have seen on Carte Blanche how they steal from bags at SAA.

Landed at George.. guess.. money is gone. SAA lady just said with no care attitude... it happens.

old one was shut down, but today is 2008, era of social media - besides Justin Hartmann is no simpleton - he is well connected and already making this site viral!

They shouldn't be using the SAA logo. That's a sure fire way to get shut down. If the owner of the site doesn't know that, he's not too smart.

Ja, Just flip the logo then it will be kewl, also it will be AAS then and that sounds a lot like Ass, and with the sucks part is becomes something like ASS Suck ?

I flew SAA twice yesterday, and despite the one flight being 50 minutes delayed, my experience wasn't that bad...

Lets hope they keep up the good work then. My wife is coming back from Japan on Saturday and lands at Jo'burg then comes to Cape Town on SAA. She bought loads of gifts (some pricey) and there is gonna be k4k if they get lost. Besides, she has become used to Singapore airlines so it is already a big downgrade going SAA after that.
