We as consumers and taxpayers cannot win this one.
The website will draw bad publicity to SAA which hopefully should wake somebody up at Customer Care to push for better service within the Company, but in the interim as SAA suffers more losses to it's bottom line they just turn around and ask Government for more money which comes out of our taxes.
Hi Nomino,We can win - just vote with your wallet.
I have been flying saa for years, locally and internationally.. and i found it to be a really jacked up airline...
i blame the delays and the bull**** at the airports on ACSA... SAA doesnt cause the delays, or the theft.. its ACSA's staff..
but thats just me..
feel welcome to join my personal low-key protest - when boarding MOO at the staff in the airport and MOO at the in-plane staff. MOO when you leave.
hey - if enough people do it we are sure to be herd

Fixed.agreed that often it is an ACSA issue and things have actually improved from earlier this year when the baggage handling et al contracts were changed (think of all the new apron busses)
to be fair SAA is not consistently bad but they do go out of their way sometimes to make you feel like cattle....+ it seems to be that the cheapest flights (CPT_JHB anyway) which you can buy in the week before the flight are always SAA tickets (cheaper than Mango?)
