@ Adv_Tech... Hang in there!! I'm going through quite a bad patch, but the best advice I can give you is never give up, and try to remain positive! I know it's hard.
I found that getting out of the house lightened me up. Even watching movies or any distraction that'll keep your mind on track and prevent it from wondering is a great help.
