Any Bandwidth usage software?

Is there any proper and preferably free software that can track how much data your PC uses in a given time interval?

Try Netlimiter. The freeware version works great if you just need to track usage, have been running it for 3 years.

U can try bitmeter/networx, both store hourly/day/month data usage.
